Drop Boxes (also known as dumpsters) are delivered by our staff to your location in University Place or Fircrest. Westside Portable Storage, Westside Portable Storage, an affiliate of University Place Refuse Service, Inc., provides 12 ft., 22 ft., and 26 ft. storage units for contractors and homeowners. Use them at construction sites, for residential storage or for commercial office storage. They come in two sizes, are secure and lockable, and are weather- and fire-resistant. The Recycling Center Along with curbside recycling, UP Refuse offers a convenient Recycling Center for larger quantities of recyclables. Our Recycling Center, is located at our main office, at 2815 Rochester, University Place, WA 98466, one block off 27th Street West, behind Cheers West. Recycling Center hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. To get directions, find out what materials we accept and find out other details, check out our Recycling Center page.
