Construction Disposal Services
UP Refuse has proudly provided services to contractors and construction companies throughout our 60 year history. We understand that maintaining a clean, debris-free work area is important for safety and efficiency at your job site.

Whether you are a large contractor or a smaller company, we can provide construction disposal solutions that are cost-effective and convenient. Our primary construction disposal units are our Drop Boxes.

Drop Boxes can accept materials consisting of household garbage, new construction materials and debris, remodeling materials and waste, roofing materials, vegetation, yard waste, sod/dirt or other such waste.

To help keep costs down, many materials that may otherwise go to a landfill can be recycled. These materials can weigh a lot, so in some cases, it may be cheaper for you to have us bring you a Drop Box than it is to haul it yourself. We can recycle: Wood, Concrete, Steel, Sheetrock, Composition Roofing, Yard Waste, Sod, Dirt, Wood Shakes/Shingles and Mixed Demolition.

Another great option for contractors is our Portable Storage units. Westside Portable Storage, an affiliate of University Place Refuse Service, Inc., provides 12 ft., 22 ft., and 26 ft. storage units for contractors to use for storage. Use them at construction sites: they work great for equipment and materials storage. They come in two sizes, are secure and lockable, and are weather- and fire-resistant.
